Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after confirmation of your custom design or product selection.

• For high-volume or bulk orders, processing time may vary. We will provide an estimated delivery time based on the complexity and size of the order.

• Custom engraving or specialty designs may require additional processing time. We will communicate any delays as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

• We offer standard shipping (5-7 business days), expedited shipping (2-3 business days), and overnight shipping where applicable.

• For local customers, we provide in-store pickup options at no extra charge. Please select this option at checkout if you prefer to pick up your order directly from our location.

Shipping Locations

• We ship domestically across the United States.

• At this time, we do not offer international shipping. For special arrangements or bulk orders, please contact our customer service team to explore options.

Shipment Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Shipping Delays

• While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or backordered products may affect delivery times. We will notify you of any delays and work with the carrier to ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

• If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solutions.

If you need to return an award(s), please contact our customer service team at (802) 766-3074 as all returns must be authorized for tracking purposes.

      • We must be notified of pending returns within 7 business days of the order delivery date.

      • All return orders are subject to a 30% restocking charge.

      • Custom Awards, Custom Logo Items, Plaques, Crystal Awards, Engraved Plates, Premiere Engravable Rings, Glassware, and Shipping Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
